Terms of Service

PalBan Network ("the app") is a tool for Palworld server staff to keep their banlists and share them with other servers. By signing in you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Who can use it

The app is invite-only. You can sign in only if the site owner has put you on the whitelist or a server's team has added you. You sign in with Discord, so you must follow Discord's Terms of Service, including its minimum age. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

What you may put in the app

You may only add bans that your server actually issued, with information you are allowed to share. You agree that:

• ban reasons are factual and describe what happened in the game;
• you won't add players to harass them, settle personal disputes, or ban someone who did nothing wrong;
• you won't upload information you have no right to, such as passwords, payment details or real names and addresses;
• you'll correct or lift a ban when you learn it was a mistake.

Sharing between servers

Bans are shared across the network. Every server on the network can see each ban's Game ID, player name, reason (with IP addresses hidden), dates and status, and can copy it into its own banlist. IP addresses are shared only with partner servers the owner chooses. Private notes and Discord details are never shared. The Privacy Policy explains this in full.

A ban on another server is information, not a verdict. Each server decides for itself whether to ban a player, and is responsible for the bans it adds or merges.

Your server's banlist link

A server can turn on a banlist.txt link for Palworld's BanListURL setting. Anyone with the link can read the Game IDs on it, so share it only with your server hosts. You can replace or turn off the link at any time.

Access can end

The site owner can remove anyone from the whitelist, and a server's owner or admins can remove people from its team, at any time and for any reason, including breaking these terms. Server owners can delete their server and its banlist.

No warranty

The app is provided as it is, free of charge, without any warranty. It may be unavailable, change, or lose data. It can link accounts by shared IP or Discord ID; those links are leads, not proof. To the extent the law allows, the people who run the app aren't liable for decisions made using it or for any loss that comes from using it.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
